Please read this notice before using this product. If you are taking any medication or have any medical condition, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before your first dose.

Required Disclosure

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

This is a dietary supplement, not a drug. It is not a substitute for medical care, and it is not a treatment for any condition. Nothing on our website, packaging, or marketing materials is medical advice.

1. Before You Consider This Product

Swelling and fluid retention can be symptoms of a serious medical condition. Persistent swelling in the legs, ankles, hands, or abdomen can indicate a problem with the heart, kidneys, liver, thyroid, or lymphatic system. These conditions require medical diagnosis and treatment.

If you have ongoing or worsening swelling, see a doctor. Do not use a supplement in place of that evaluation, and do not delay seeing someone because you are trying this first. This product is intended for general wellness use by healthy adults, not for managing a medical symptom.

See a doctor promptly if you have: swelling in only one leg, swelling that came on suddenly, swelling with shortness of breath or chest pain, swelling with reduced urination, or swelling that leaves a dent when you press it.

2. Who Should Not Use This Product

Do not use this product if you:

  • Are pregnant, may be pregnant, or are breastfeeding
  • Are under 18 years of age
  • Have kidney disease, reduced kidney function, or are on dialysis
  • Have heart failure or take medication for it
  • Have liver disease
  • Have gallstones, bile duct obstruction, or gallbladder disease
  • Have a known allergy to plants in the daisy/ragweed family (Asteraceae) — this includes dandelion and can cause cross-reaction
  • Have thiamine (vitamin B1) deficiency, or a condition or history that puts you at risk of one, including alcohol use disorder — horsetail contains an enzyme that can break down thiamine
  • Are scheduled for surgery within two weeks

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you take any of the following:

Medication type Why it matters
Diuretics ("water pills") This product contains multiple diuretic herbs; combined effect can cause dehydration and electrolyte loss
Lithium Diuretic herbs can raise lithium levels to a dangerous range
Blood pressure medication Hibiscus may lower blood pressure; combined effect can drop it too far
Blood thinners or antiplatelet drugs Cayenne may increase bleeding risk
Diabetes medication May affect blood sugar control
Any prescription medication Absorption and timing can be affected — check with a pharmacist

This list is not exhaustive. Herbal products interact with prescription drugs more often than most people expect. A pharmacist can check your specific medications in a few minutes and will do it free.

3. Ingredients and Known Effects

This product contains horsetail, hibiscus, dandelion, and cayenne.

Horsetail and dandelion both act as diuretics — they increase urine output. Using them can cause fluid and electrolyte loss, particularly potassium. Horsetail is not recommended for continuous long-term use.

Hibiscus may lower blood pressure and may affect how some medications are absorbed.

Cayenne can cause stomach upset, heartburn, or a burning sensation, especially on an empty stomach or at higher doses.

Full ingredient quantities are listed in the Supplement Facts panel on the product label. [ADD: full ingredient list including all inactive ingredients, allergen statement, and country of manufacture.]

4. How to Use It

[COMPLETE WITH YOUR ACTUAL DOSING INSTRUCTIONS — amount, frequency, with or without food, maximum daily amount, and maximum duration of continuous use.]

Do not exceed the stated dose. More is not better with diuretic herbs, and exceeding the dose increases the risk of dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.

Drink adequate water while using this product.

5. Stop Use and Contact a Doctor If You Experience

  • Dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting
  • Unusual muscle weakness, cramping, or irregular heartbeat (possible signs of electrolyte imbalance)
  • Reduced urination, dark urine, or signs of dehydration
  • Rash, hives, itching, swelling of the face, lips, or tongue, or difficulty breathing (possible allergic reaction — seek emergency care)
  • Persistent stomach pain, nausea, or vomiting
  • Yellowing of the skin or eyes
  • Any new or worsening symptom

If you have signs of a severe allergic reaction, call emergency services. Do not wait.

6. Results

Individual responses vary. We make no claim about how you will feel, how quickly, or whether you will notice anything at all. We do not publish success rates or timeframes, because we have no clinical trial data on this formulation.

Any customer reviews we publish describe individual experiences. They are not typical results and not a prediction of your outcome.

7. Regulatory Information

[COMPLETE ONLY WITH WHAT YOU CAN DOCUMENT. Relevant items for US sales include: FDA facility registration number of the manufacturer, GMP certification of the manufacturing facility, third-party testing results if any, and California Proposition 65 warning status. Do not list a certification you cannot produce on request. If you hold none, remove this section rather than leaving vague language in place.]

8. Returns and Refunds

[COMPLETE WITH YOUR ACTUAL POLICY: return window, product condition required, who pays return shipping, refund method and timing, and how to start a return.]

Nothing here limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Limitation of Liability

You are responsible for reading this notice before use, for checking with a healthcare professional where this notice advises it, for following the stated dose, and for stopping use if you experience any of the symptoms in Section 5.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] is not liable for loss or injury arising from use contrary to these instructions, use by a person with a listed contraindication, or continued use after adverse symptoms appear.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Product liability and consumer protection laws cannot be waived by agreement, and this notice does not attempt to do so.

10. Reporting an Adverse Event

If you experience any adverse reaction, contact us:

Email: [SUPPORT EMAIL] Adverse event reports: [SAFETY EMAIL] Website: [URL] Hours: [DAYS, HOURS, TIME ZONE]

Please include what happened, when it began relative to your dose, how long it lasted, how much you took, and any medications or conditions relevant to it.

US customers may also report directly to the FDA through MedWatch at 1-800-FDA-1088 or fda.gov/medwatch. We will not discourage or delay any report you choose to make.

Serious adverse event reports are subject to mandatory reporting requirements under US law. [CONFIRM YOUR OBLIGATIONS AS THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON ON THE LABEL — this is a legal duty, not optional.]

Note to the store owner — remove before publishing

A disclaimer does not fix a non-compliant label or ad. The four claims on the current bottle — Eases Swelling & Puffiness, Reduces Water Retention, Helps Relieve Bloating, Promotes Healthy Circulation — are the issue. Under DSHEA, a supplement may make structure/function claims (supporting a normal body function) but not claims to reduce or ease a symptom. The first two read as disease/symptom claims. "Promotes Healthy Circulation" is fine as written.

Compliant rewrites: Supports healthy fluid balance · Supports normal digestive comfort · Supports healthy circulation.

Structure/function claims also require you to notify FDA within 30 days of first marketing them, and to hold substantiation for each claim.

Also review: the "Your Wellness Journey" graphic sets a Week 1 / 2–3 / 4+ timeline of effects, which is a results promise regardless of the "you may notice" hedging. And For a Lighter, Healthier You reads as a weight-loss claim to both FDA and Meta's ad review.

Get this reviewed by someone who does FDA supplement compliance before you spend more on ads. It is a narrow specialty and a short consultation is much cheaper than a warning letter or a banned ad account.
